Our Story

Merkh LLC was founded in 2014 by information management veterans who spent years working inside ECM vendor organizations and as implementers for enterprise clients. We kept seeing the same problem: organizations trapped on aging document management platforms with no clean way out. Vendor-provided migration tools were limited. Generic IT firms didn't understand the proprietary internals. So we built Merkh to fill that gap.

We started with the legacy platforms nobody else wanted to touch — ApplicationXtender, OnBase, ImageNow — and built deep extraction tooling from the database level up. As clients saw what we could do, they asked for help beyond moving documents: custom development, workflow optimization, strategic consulting. Today, we serve healthcare, financial services, government, higher education, and manufacturing organizations across the country, bringing the same database-level precision to every engagement.
